We accept returns in accordance with our online shop’s terms and conditions.
Please check with us before making a purchase. To initiate a return,
we must be notified by email within 3 days of delivery (we track all delivery dates).
The package must then be returned to us no later than 10 days after receipt.
Items must be undamaged and not altered or substituted in any way. In cases of suspected foul play,
we reserve the right to refuse the return and deny a refund. In such events, the purchaser returns
the merchandise at their own risk. However, there are cases where customers are dissatisfied
with their purchase. If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same brand new condition as when it was delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged, scratched, cracked,
altered in any way, or differs in weight.
Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost, any applicable transfer fees,
and a 15% restocking fee. This return policy does not apply to packages shipped by MustikaJewelry.com
via registered airmail, the policy for these shipments is null and void.
We will not accept returns after the specified return period has expired, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
